      Management is employee friendly. Engagement is good. I was paid 110% variable pay in 2021. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Salary package is low as per market. Upskill program within company needs to be improved.

We do focus on the growth of our employees and have implemented various learning programs to help Hashers upskill themselves. However, we believe that there will be scope to improve and will pass on the feedback to the concerned teams.
