      - free food - phone and well being subsidy - live projects

      Cons

      - no work life balance (work timings goes till 9-10pm for US based) - very less hikes - no growth (very less development projects, mostly maintanence projects) - mandatory 2 days a week - Not liking new office much compared to old office, conjusted re-creation space
