      1. Good Starting Point 2. Encourages learning by giving money for completing certificates 3. Intensive internship training 4. Freely availability to choose a project 5. Gives money for company phone.

      Cons

      1. The project was not explained to me properly 2. Pay is average 3. My manager was not competent 4. For some time I was put in testing 5. No overtime pay
