Rife blame culture. Employees constantly deflated. Micromanagement to the detriment of employees wellbeing. Not allowed to be innovative. Attempts for progression continually stamped upon. Extreme harassment of staff in the Marketing team. Sickness levels and general malaise in the team are continual.
