      Pros

      Henry Schein is a good company offering great products. It is large and their are lots of opportunities for growth. Benefits used to be 100% paid but now we have to pay more of the premium, although it is still good compared to other companies. Management in support was personable and willing to train.

      Cons

      HR Director is not approachable however other HR staff was very helpful. Lots of company politics as with most large companies. Having the CEO parade through the building while visiting. Everyone was expected to stand outside their cubicles and greet as if it were the Queen of England. Seemed very historical or hysterical...either one.

There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

      Cons

      Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
