Who at this company is for the TSM? There is not a single person in HR you can talk to. They are useless. When you do go there for help or an issue they run back to your manager and then you are doomed. Did you ever think we came to HR because we couldn’t go to our manager. The culture from 7 years ago when I joined is DEAD. It’s only lip service at this point. There are even different cultures between both buildings. Time for a new style of leadership. We are stuck in the dark ages and even mentioning change anywhere in this company is met with disgust. They do not want change and just look at the leadership. Most have been here 25 years and they are not going anywhere.

- Sometimes working remotely can leave you feeling disconnected but that is why it is important to join communities to make connections. - Health insurance benefits have been declining - Reduced their 401K match
