Pros

Independence is a big plus for me. You are expected to jump in and start observing and asking questions of other techs almost immediately. You are free to travel with whoever you can to gain experience. I really enjoy the freedom to learn at my own pace.

Cons

Not a con for me but if you dont like a lot of driving and a lot of driving in rush hour traffic then this might not be for you.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
