Cons

They get rid of loyal employees who have been with the company for many years to pay the inflated salaries of the executives - if you are not management, don’t expect to be able to keep your job. They pay inflated salaries to Executives who are older than retirement age.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
