      Pros

      Professional atmosphere, pleasant people. My manager is excellent. Support through HR and IT is well above par.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is very formal, structured, LOTS of processes, many stakeholders. Can be slow moving which is frustrating. Benefits are a bit hyped (401k, vacation, health care) the reality is a bit of a let down.

      Collaborative environment, great people, and internal growth. The biggest asset here is the people, everyone is approachable and willing to help a peer.

      Cons

      Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
