Pros
Create your own schedule and take full control over how much you can push yourself to sell. I have better work life balance if I don't over work myself. Travel is good to meet people in territory and get one on one training. Co traveling with FSC's to meet new doctors instead of straight cold calling every day. Everyone is so nice! My manager rocks and I have the tools and support needed to thrive!
Cons
You can over work yourself and loose that work life balance if your a work acholic. You have to prioritize to use your time wisely or the day can get past you. Be flexible to change your plans as every day is different. The learning curve if not previously in the dental field or heavy in sales is hard, but doable. The Key is to not get overwhelmed and ask any questions! Don't feel like you will be a bother. Everyone wants to see you succeed!
