Pros
I've loved working at Henry Schein since day 1. The company treats its employees well, and is focused on doing the right thing. There is plenty of opportunity to be had, and you are your own glass ceiling. Plus, the benefits and work life balance are excellent!
Cons
As with any larger companies, sometimes change is slower than we'd like, but it's just the nature of the beast compared to smaller firms. No material cons in my opinion.
