Culture is strong thanks to historically consistent leadership team. Team members care about each other and the work. Non stop growth through m and a.
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism. This happens in all companies of course but it goes against our culture. Some people are being promoted without merit and it’s obvious. Newly promoted VPs included someone in specialties with zero accomplishments and little time at the company but was clearly someone’s favorite. D&I oversaturation Virtual makes it hard to work outside of your group
