      Pros

      Global company with a sense of greater good beyond sales. Most of the people here are good coworkers. Work life balance is what you make of it depends on your direct boss. The hybrid work has been surprisingly good. I do enjoy being here.

      Cons

      A lot of politics and managing up. I don’t think that executive leadership knows what the average team member is dealing with. Dental marketing team can be chaos and filled with ego after ego after ego.. it is counterproductive. I am thankful to have been able to switch roles if I needed.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment, great people, and internal growth. The biggest asset here is the people, everyone is approachable and willing to help a peer.

      Cons

      Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
