      Pros

      Henry Schein has amazing culture considering how large the company is. I always feel like my superiors are accessible to hear any issues I may have, and I have had plenty of opportunity to grow in my career since I started working here after college.

      Cons

      Some of the cubes in the Melville office are a bit dated, but I know there is a renovation project that's ongoing.

      Collaborative environment, great people, and internal growth. The biggest asset here is the people, everyone is approachable and willing to help a peer.

      Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
