Business Outlook
Pros
- There are always shifts available
Cons
- Minimal pay for an obsessively high standard of work - Expected to be on your feet continously for 5 hours, with only a 10 minute break. Managers schedule you on 5 hour shifts so they do not have to give you a half an hour break, which they would legally have to if you worked a 6 hour shift. - Managers are rude, with no manners, telling off brand representatives as if they are children. My colleague and I were berated for 'not working' when we were folding clothes together (which we were instructed to do by another manager), which is incredibly hypocritical considering that they themselves chat in the corner of the store for up to 10 minutes at a time.
