Pros
The exciting atmosphere, along with the energetic management, and the fast paced sales within the store. Holidays at Hollister were the most exciting.
Cons
Poor stockroom organization, management never held a position very long, the pay was not very much (even for management,) and the checkout line during the holidays was not very well maintained to a short line.
