The Great Benefits are great, including 100% tuition reimbursement and pension Highly Technical Industry is interesting Respect from employees is very abundant Many longtime employees prove that this is a good organization worth hanging around at. The pay is good.
Cons
Technical job can also be challenging Old workforce is resistant to change It is often difficult to understand how lean principals aid in our job in the short term. This is pushed very hard, and I appreciate having some sort of operating system, however oftens times it just forces employees to "over-document" what they are already doing.
