Pros
A paycheck - sometimes - unless you're asked to take ANOTHER mandatory week long UNPAID furlough.
Cons
Your work days are at least 10 to 12 hours every day. The company operates under a fear culture & drives workers into the ground. The environment is so stressful Honeywell workers have actually committed suicide - in the office. The health plan is an absolute joke $6,000+ annual deductible in ADDITION to your bi-weekly contribution. It's Honeywell's conniving way of driving workers off its health plan. Dave Cote is so focused on pleasing Wall Street he creates slave-like work conditions using the fear of layoffs as a bully stick. It's shameful & obscene. A pristine example of a top 1% class member crushing the 99% for their own selfish gain.
