      You don't have to be competent, you only need to know how to please your line manager.

      Cons

      Very very bad work life balance, managers treat their staff as servants, not respective at all. The company is extremely center control, other words like work in a military. There are countless ridiculous problem you have to deal with. Good luck!!!
