No raise in 4 years. Huawei keeps you at the same salary you were hired at. No opportunity for growth. No grooming. No training. No investment on employees; they are treated as disposable commodities instead of its assets. Everyone is your manager and no one is your manager. Everyone becomes a manager if something is to be asked of you. You will however keep chasing ghosts if you need someone to get you your due from Huawei. I have been kept at the same pay for four years now. When I ask the bosses about it they start talking about Huawei in third person. Listing their own complaints regarding Huawei. As if they are not even Huawei's employees. Huawei management style can best be described as a game of shadows. Which helps Huawei to frustrate its employees when they they have to talk about their issues/benefits. And this is the concensus observation of all our colleagues regarding Huawei throughout Saudi Arabia.
