No freedom to US branch to make decision or do anything else. HQ tells you what to do and you do it. No proper communication or database from China. They change the project and never tell you, while you are working on it. Takes employees as contractors, promising them full-time, but never make them full-time. Not a good work environment. Too much politics. Sudden change of company hierarchy. You will be stuck in chinese culture. People talk in chinese if you are in meetings. Very company growth oriented, Doesn't think about employee's welfare.
