1) Too many Expats from China taking wrong (sometimes border-line illegal) decisions; 2) Too much power given to the Chinese management who are unaware of the law of the country and/or have other priorities in mind (such as being promoted 10-fold by the time they return to China); 3) The Chinese management are not willing/able to challenge any decisions made in china; 4) Completely different way of running a company than anywhere else I have worked; 5) Very bad communication links; 6) and many more...
