      Huawei Technologies has 3 divisions in USA: Enterprise (networking/storage infrastructure), Consumer Device (smartphones/tablets), Carrier/Telecom and Futurewei (R&D group supporting the other divisions). Each division has it's own culture. The Enterprise group is a "startup" within a $35 billion company that is based in Silicon Valley, CA.
