Pros
It can offer you competitive salary if you are really working hard. Lot of opportunities to work as project managing related work. Very efficient, fair play(probably the best chinese company from this point of view).
Cons
Less innovation. Technical career path is shot than managing related path. Too much time needed to fufill work requirement, less time for life. Some time the relationship between colleagues become tense due to the pressure during work
