Pros
I never suggest this company to anyone specially NOC environment of HUAWEI. If Guys you dont have any job please be JOB less or find some other company but please join huawei specially on 3rd party pay roll and GNOC FO. Third party payroll is also not good , no hike no bonus no leaves no proper response nothing is there. So please guys and girls its a request be without job but please dont join Huawei NOC.
Cons
We can not use our phone in the shifts , we can not take more than 30 mnts break or even cant take many breaks. You can not find any growth in the company. They made one process just follow that process like a machine.
