Pros
Very large service and product portfolio, very aggressive pre-sales programme, where the top management emphasises that speed will win the competition, not the perfection, which sometimes works well.
Cons
It is a very exclusive environment where the non Chinese employees cannot play the important role - other than supporting the Chinese managers/leaders, no matter how high her/his position is. The pre-sales programme is so aggressive that makes people don't know whether the solution has been tested and deployed or just a concept wrapped in a very nice presentation slide or demo.
