* good payment * great team * Good PC and hardware Nice place for your first work. If you can sell your talents, you will be comfortable in Huawei.
Cons
* Sometimes ugly legacy code from Chinese teams * A lot of useless and stupid tests * bad communication with Chinese guys, somebody doesn't know English. * Awful management in some teams * Poor offices without any snacks, fruits, and coffee. (Some offices do not even have drinking water)
