Complete lack of company culture - no clear tasks or goals given or expectations set, no KPIs, horrible onboarding, no support for basic things like work visa in a foreign country - ended up being illegally in the country for 3 months with whole family! While posing as a global company, the employer was in fact very discriminative towards non-Chinese employees. As a KAM I eventually ended up having much better relationship with my clients than with my bosses and peers who remained distant and alien. The most non-transparent and secretive organisation I have ever seen. A place to avoid if possible.
