Pros
They are always hiring because no one lasts more than 2 years. Weak management means you can often set your own work plan and thus gain experience. You can really improve your cross-cultural skills.
Cons
If you are not Chinese, set your expectations very low. Huawei does not support its Western staff at all, you will not be invited to key meetings, important communication is only in Chinese and managers are often young and inexperienced. Business style of Huawei is too keep your head down and not make any waves, so ambitious staff is frowned upon. Non-Chinese staff are not eligible for stock payments that make HQ staff rich. Terrible working culture, low communications, little training.
