No personal time. No respect for employee. Employee has no rights but only full of responsibilites. In projects like iSAP, they will track you all the time. [including how much time you spend in restroom], 2 or 3 leaves per year. work on weekends. work everyday minimum 11. release time no go home for 2 or 3 days. full night outs. People are leaving the company even if they get low paying company. Think a lot before joining.
