Good salary, a chance to get a lot of experience, many interesting projects, a lot of great people among Polish personnel.
Cons
Poor management, poor English skills among Chinese personnel, no track of development and promotion for employees, Chinese way of managing were independent and creative thinking is considered a drawback.
