Good for freshers looking for learning fast...Horrible for others - Software Engineer Huawei Technologies Employee Review

-Work culture is pathetic, no other company can match -All day is work 24/7. If you work on weekends and complain they say you did not plan properly and did not work properly in weekdays -No algorithmic standard work though they produce 10-20K of code every month for each project.Not good for a computer science graduates, good for electronic,electrical or guys interested in telecom. -No respect for staff. They are almost treated like animals. -Layoff if you get a rating of 2 for consecutive 2 years as some of my friends were layed off.
