Pros
1. Salary is better than service companies. 2. Good learning curve. 3. Responsibilities on junior employees, can do some real coding and design stuff.
Cons
1. Extremely poor work life balance. Late night and weekday works are common. 2. Silly management, micro management and lot of managers. 3. Competition between employees are heavily encouraged, very bad work culture. Office politics. 4. Cramped office space with little amenities.
