      High Growth for Smart Hardworking People( Should not have a life outside office) Great for Freshers, but should be ready for Self Learning

      Cons

      Not Good for Married Women(in case you have dependencies in home) & Number of married Women in India office is too less. Pathetic Training availabilities. Average performing members better move out. You can never grow.
