Work after hours. teleconference 8pm-12pm 2-3 times a week sometimes to fit China schedule. bad culture to employees. they don't expect you leave for a better job, they call you not "LOYAL". Therefore, it is almost a dead end if you choose this company. NO massage therapist insurance, etc. You need to carefully consider this company if you want to have some family life.
