Pros
- You work at one the biggest tech companies - Managers and team member are good and helpful.
Cons
- Low salary. They should be more than average Turkisk company. Generally those who have been at longer gain less salary. While you try to get like 20% raise someone who just got into Huawei can get much higher - You might see many people with Assistant level although they have been working more than 2 years. It's because it is hard to get higher levels inside. If you are joining company outside you will probably get better level. - While transfering from Outsource to Huawei (or reverse) you will lost all the benefits. For example if you have 20 days annual leave and you transfered your payroll you will have 14 again. They act like you just joined Huawei. - Slow decision and affects. While you suffer from low salary, sodexo etc. they implement solutions much later. - Raise is not very frequent and hard to get. Everything is performance for Huawei. Even if they will make a inflation raise they check your performance grade. - Fixed holidays. What I mean is even if you don't want to use your annual leave they make you use it (mostly used for holiday like feast of sacrifice or ramadan). It's also done by some other companies but I think it's not ok. - Working with Chinese people might be challenging. Some of them really easy to work with but some of them realy hard to work with - Generaly busy but work life balance can be frustrating on some projects.
