Pros
Not many pros to talk about unfortunately; Generally pay seems to be pretty competitive but that's about all that comes to mind. The R&D team is pretty stable but all other positions are in the direct and constant path of layoffs.
Cons
Very difficult culture being that it's virtually all Chinese management; Nobody in a senior position is from the U.S.; No understanding of how to operate in a mature market like the U.S., treat every market the same; VERY high turnover (layoffs) for U.S. employees which tend to be backfilled by less expensive Chinese employees; Very little trust from management towards U.S. employees
