      Learning skills are improved when you join as a fresher.Good place for freshers to work here. Laterals are paid crazy

      Cons

      As you join as a fresher, the hikes are comparitively low. Laterals will definitely find it tough to adjust to the environment as it is very difficult to get respect from seniors
