      international experience and working enviroment. Young people will be assigned with many opportunites in and abroad China. Chances to talk with high level customers are very common.

      Cons

      heavy work load and security constraint forced staffs feel very bad sometimes. Payment comparatively low without stock for entry leverl staffs.
