Pros
Compensation is not bad comparing to other similar companies. It has a relatively good work life balance. The company also offers stock dividends, which is not typical for other similar IT companies.
Cons
The corporate culture is pretty much Chinese style. The US site does not have its own budget, so everything is led by the HQ side, which means the US teams have less control over the projects. One of the annoying thing is that the IT infrastructure is really not good.
