      Pros

      Above average base pay. Free flow drinks and coffee in office.

      Cons

      Chinese speaking environment (if your Chinese poor, you will have a hard time here.) Long hours. High pressure (mostly from demanding supervisor) Extremely hostile environment when things do not go as planned (most of the time) High turnover rate. If you can stay for 6 months, you are considered very good.
