In Philippines, very toxic. No work life balance. More work and promotion but no increase in pay. 5 Vacation Leave only but still need to work, only purpose of VL is not to clock in at office. Still need to work even on sick days, no clock in but will work remotely. Always overtime no pay and need to work Saturday and Sunday, no pay. Mental health issue is happening on all employee but they only give seminars and chinese bosses doesnt care. Only chinese can become boss. Always say localization but never happened
