Pros
- Friendly and responsive colleagues in general. - Haven't experienced discrimination as a female engineer here. Overall, I feel treated equally. lol I'm not sure it's a pro, though. I guess I had low expectations before starting.
Cons
- Bad work-life balance. Forced overtime. Strict rules for working hours like punching cards, etc. You can't really fight the system about things like this. - Too much paperwork and meetings. - For the software engineering departments, not the best technology.
