Pros
Will learn a lot while working of Huawei configuration, Huawei Cloud Engine, LLD and HLD. They have a nice cafeteria on site. Get some bonus during the year.
Cons
No work life balance. Salary is basic for role. Bad culture. A lot of work during shift and a lot of not expected work after hours. Is very complicated to submit overtime for payment. A lot of stupid rules. So many projects at the same time. No training, they expect you to know everything.
