CEO has been and is refocusing the majority of the product line to deliver on Public, Private, and Hybrid Clouds for Customers. Great hardware that scales far better than competition. Has always and will continue to support Hybrid work environment (office/remote/home) Great place for Women in Technology to work!
Cons
Senior HR leadership is a problem. Multiple ridiculous internal programs and changes per year that are poorly communicated and frequently launched to fix things that are not broken. 100% of these HR programs impact the company and it's morale and are frequently kicked off without complete business alignment. Every SVP has a "program" to do "something" to change the business - some of these programs are massive work with little tangible gain, others are cost cutting. Employee pay is frequently sub-par compared to similar roles in competing companies. Executive pay is far too high. (read the public reports for numbers) There is an ongoing insane "diversity drum" beat. It pounds constantly in a company that's already quite diverse and is now openly targeting against India males and white males. There are multiple high level roles that do nothing of value for IBM customers or the company and are purely tied to "woke" programs.
