Access to smart people Minimal politics at the lower levels Good learning ground for the next company/ role Some genuinely good people who are left in the company. Though a good majority of good people have left Good mentoring culture in IBM (not iX)
Cons
Not enough projects Culture of sucking up Poor leadership Lack of training (this is a pro because it teaches independence)
