Incredible for personal growth, terrible for career growth - Design Consultant IBM iX Employee Review

Very demoralising promotion process for very little financial reward. No bonuses. No reward for hard work, good performance or good client relationships. Senior leadership claims to care about us but rarely interacts with junior staff. There has been no meaningful increase in pay despite massive inflation. Tone-deaf management held a diary-busting champagne celebration for landing a big deal days after failing to promote over 50% of eligible candidates who made it to the final round. It felt a bit "let them eat cake" if I'm honest.
