Aggressive timeline puts employees on the edge of burnout all the time. 1% yoy salary increase does not keep up with the inflation. Probably one of the worst benefit packages in the consulting industry. Insurance won't cover 100% even if you opt in for the top plan. 1 month of parental leave salary top-up is ridiculous.
