      Extensive interaction with client's top management, including CEO, CFO etc. Good learning environment, helpful colleagues Very good work-life balance, hardly required to work on weekends

      Cons

      The bonus and incentives are skewed towards employees who have spent more time in the organization. There have been discrimination towards the employees who have joined in recent years in terms of gradual reduction of bonus percentage vis-a-vis earlier employees.
