      1. Good work profile 2. Work Life Balance is very good 3. People are fine. My team consists of good people and very good boss

      Cons

      1. Compensation is low; growth also very low. The company was going to revise salaries but didn't go ahead with it 2. Negligible HR management with almost NIL employee engagement programme 3. Timeline bound promotions...no meritocracy
